Removing the rear tank bolts to improve frame flexibility

Every now and then you hear something that just makes you smile. Seems there’s a story going around that removing your rear tank mounting bolts allows the frame to flex more. Firstly, more flex is debatable we can go into that in another post but if someone wants to explain how taking a bolt out of a RUBBER mount allows it to flex more, we are all ears. Keep your bolt in where they are supposed to be guys, if you happen to crash hard you are less likely to see a Titanium can full of gasoline flying across the track.
